The place is a fitness hotel and very nice except on my floor they were doing construction and it was so loud and annoying which had I had know i would’ve asked to move floors but it start the night before I left so I just tried to let it go.

I was awakened at 8am to drilling and banging on the ceiling from the 4th floor. They wouldn't stop and I couldn't understand why they would do that at that time of morning. It was horrible.

I had 3 groups of family members that came to visit me for the new year and they stayed at the even hotel rooms 208, 442, 422 and 368 hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable , and all of the rooms have exercise equipment , most of the employees were nice and I have to thank the manager Anthony who help me to resolved major billing issues that I had from a 3rd party booking website , he was very patient and attentive as well as Marvin the other manager , they worked with me to resolve all the billing issues that I had I also want to thank one of the front desk employees a young gentleman that I forgot his name but he was also very attentive and ready to help , I would recommend anyone that come to Norwalk to stay at the even hotel , excellent

The glass doors to the bathroom were very unusual and made the stay a little uncomfortable. The first room felt moldy. The 2nd room seemed fine.
