Room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The valet drivers were very helpful and pleasant. All Of them really were going the extra mile. Very nice touch. Hotel was centrally located for our stay needs. We recommend and stay again.

The heat did not work in the room properly. The air conditioning kept turning on once the heat got to set temperature. At 5:00 in the morning the heat then started to make a horrific noise like it was a train on tracks. I told the front desk and no response except ok… here is your bill. Also the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Not sure will stay here again.

staff was curtious, especially Jose at front counter. Rooms were clean. Didn’t stay long enough for any amenities. The only thing I thought we would have a microwave in our room. But we managed to get by. The only other thing I would add would be a place near the sink to hang your hand towel.

Kind staff, from the woman who checked us in and gave us the quiet room we asked for (not that any might have necessarily been less than quiet, but she gave us a top floor accommodation), to the kind bellboy who helped with my bag and the lobby door on our way out when it was obvious that I wasn’t in a position to provide a tip. The room was super clean and very comfortable and the location was a quick few blocks from both 95 and the train station. Lots of places to eat nearby as well. And while not inexpensive, this hotel, when compared to other nearby accommodations, provided a really good value in our opinion.
