Some additional amenities include outdoor and indoor pools including a fitness area, hot tub and sauna, a winter Sports Park which includes the snow tubing tow, outdoor ice rink and cross-country ski trail. Guests are welcome to use these amenities (usage fees apply) during your visit. Sure to make great, lasting memories for all. The house is within walking distance to many activities such as a family friendly beach on Lake Laura, many fishing spots, right down the street from the Royal Grille and Bar with an indoor grand fireplace. Use our complimentary kayaks and fishing row boat. Directly across the street is a great spot to launch them and fish. There is fast WIFI and smart TV's in the house for your evening relaxation. New washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Enjoy a complimentary coffee bar in the kitchen. Walk out to the 4 seasons room for a great view and a relaxing way to start the day. Prepare to pay 5/person per day to use the pool! We wish we had known this before we booked. It cost us an extra 65 for swimming. The listing says there is an extra fee but doesn’t say what it is until you book. The pilot light on the furnace was out when we arrived so it was 39 degrees when we checked in. The owners came to light it right way but it took hours to heat up so we went to the pool to warm up. ()The thermostat was complicated and controlled by the owner so the first night was very cold upstairs when it was auto-set for 62. The owners changed it for us the next day after we asked to turn it up. The futon upstairs has an issue with the frame and seems broken. My son said it was comfortable after using the foam pad that they supplied. All beds were comfortable. The kitchen and appliances were functioning and clean. All in all it was a good trip and we had fun but no offer of reimbursement was made for the inconveniences.

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, in a convenient location, and worked perfectly for our group. We did have a small issue getting into the house at first, but the host responded right away and resolved it quickly. The online pictures of the upstairs bedrooms aren’t fully up to date, but in a good way. One room now has a full-size bed and the other has an extra twin bed, which was a nice surprise. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was exactly what we needed and we’d definitely stay here again.

This home was very clean, had all the amenities needed. Kitchen especially nice with the necessities. Was a little small for our group (5 women). Upstairs bathroom challenging for 3 women to get ready in. need more hooks, shelfs, outlets. Front porch was the best, we spent every morning, evening sitting out there.

The cabin is new, clean, and packs a lot of comfort and convenience. We saw a beautiful 9 point buck in velvet in the back yard, and enjoyed being close to The Royal Grill and fishing. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Location for our Family Gathering

This newly constructed home was excellent for our family gathering. Lots of positives; gathering place, sun room, ceiling fans, TV, kitchen facilities, bathrooms well supplied, dishes and basic pans, refrigerator condiment left overs, plenty of towels, excellent washer & dryer with detergent, and more. Few negatives: missing a broom and dustpan (rectified fairly quickly through host message), Trash bin full and left at street-side (rectified when host brought another outside trash can. Beds for three kids were great, but the beds listed for 7 adults could all use upgrades, i.e. sofa bed mattress extremely thin & uncomfortable, upstairs double bed very noisy, upstairs single futon/couch bed was unbalanced/unsteady and uncomfortable despite inclusion of foam pad in closet, and downstairs double bed extremely soft (this may be considered a preference, but it was too soft for comfort).

Gorgeous!

Gorgeous home, so very clean, super kid friendly and so peaceful. The beds were sooooo comfy, the bedding was like sleeping on a cloud, and the towels and decor were gorgeous.
