Getting the parking situation either more clear or a bit better sorted would alleviate some stress. Heating in room was unpredictable and very loud (especially surprising in the middle of the night).

Staff was nice, room was large with a sofa too. There are lots of little cubbies and areas to sit in the lobby, which was really nice. I would see groups of like 10 people that would bring in pizza and sit in this little alcove and hang out. So the lobby was really large and had lots of room for that. Charming place.

The front desk experience was excellent as the lady that checked me in was so kind and professional. I am a regular at this hotel for business travel and I just love it here I would love to see more staff added to the coffee shop as they always have an extremely long line in the morning, and a faster sit down breakfast for a visit business travelers. The restaurant is exceptional, and the quality is excellent. The rooms are well appointed and newly refurbished, which makes us stay so nice compared to other options. One area that needs improvement in the rooms would be the coffee maker. It would be nice to have a lighter option for coffee like Nespresso morning coffee. The Lavazza coffee pods are extremely strong!

Valet - Luke was exceptional: friendly, professional and helpful. Check In- Claire was great too! She was super helpful with something I needed to find specific to State College and knew exactly where I could find the Old Diner Stickies! Love all the Holiday decorations too! Very classy!
