If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 2 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Absolutely loved this place. It’s a perfect one-bedroom condo with plenty of space, beautifully renovated, and honestly one of the best locations you could ask for in South Lake Tahoe. It’s about a 2-minute drive to Heavenly’s Stagecoach Lodge, around 10 minutes over to the California side and Heavenly Village, and super close to snowmobiling, Target, and great restaurants—everything is right there.The unit itself was spotless and felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we walked in.It is very spacious; a family of 5 can easily fit in with the King bed, queen Murphy bed, and a pull-out sofa bed.Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was easy and responsive the whole time. This was exactly what we were looking for: cozy, clean, convenient, and stress-free. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at the condo! The view of the lake is incredible, and the location is pretty unbeatable. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.
