Newly furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom downtown loft! This unique and historic loft is located just 1.6 miles from Georgia Southern. While staying at the lofts you will be just above the highly rated steakhouse, Bull and Barrel, with amazing food and excellent service. This accommodation is also walking distance to many shops, cafés, and more restaurants!

Our loft boasts a contemporary open-concept design with modern decor throughout. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room where you can unwind after a day of exploring. One of the king bedrooms is located downstairs, providing easy accessibility, while the second king bedroom is tucked away upstairs, offering privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. We provide Turkish towels and Beekman 1802 soaps for a touch of luxury during your stay.

Great location; however challenges with the accommodations

The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.
