Upon arrival, elevator was broken, was told service call had been put in, but I was on the 3rd floor !! The trip up and down all those flights of stairs cause severe chest pains and shortness of breath. Once reaching the room housekeeping was in the hallway cleaning rooms and our trash had not been emptied. Trashcan full of trash from previous guess.

No one to help at check-in, room smelled horrible. Asked for help with that, they sent no one to help after stating they were sending someone. Elevators were broken and my husband is disabled. Bad experience all around. Will not stay again.

A bit disappointing

The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. The location was convenient. However, the toilet didn't flush well. We didn't report it until check out as we discovered it upon returning to the room late and we were checking out the next morning. We used to plunger that was provided in the room. The room needed a more thorough wipe down (switch plates, appliances, baseboards).

The rooms aren't being properly attended to. It appears that the cleaning staff are not properly cleaning the rooms. The showers was dirty. The pillows and bed covers was terrible. And it's time for the carpet to be replaced. my family and I just stayed here because we didn't have any other options due to the purpose of why we were there. However, I would not recommend if you're looking for a comfortable clean place to stay.
