As others have said, we had a great stay at Frederick House. We stayed in Bowers 21 for two nights. The room with a comfortable king size bed exceeded our expectations, with a private balcony great for sitting out on and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. The room was better than the photos. Friendly owners and staff offered suggestions of where to go and places to eat. We enjoyed the wineries they recommended and the restaurants they suggested. An overall pleasant stay.

Pretty, pleasant, and perfectly placed

Beautiful and charming old home with large rooms and nice decor. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was tasty with several interesting choices and a side of fresh fruit. Perfectly located to enjoy and explore Staunton's fun downtown.

Lovely place - stayed in Bowers 21 - large room, very nicely appointed, comfortable bed. Shower was tiny, but great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Included breakfast was very good.

Very quaint! Huge personality to this place, highly recommend it. Very conveniently placed for local dining and shops. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Very clean. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet, but I’m sure it will be great.

I would definitely stay here again

This was a great place to stay. I only wish we were able to get there sooner than we did. I would have loved to explore the surrounding area a bit more. The breakfast the next morning was SO good. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

Great B & B

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great, the room was very clean, comfortable with access to an outdoor patio. They also had a nice front porch with seating. The owners were very accommodating and helpful and our breakfast was delicious and included in our stay! If you are looking for a B& B that is within walking distance to shops , restaurants and the Shakespeare Theatre, then this is the place to go.
