The hotel is newly remodeled making it a better value than some of the other area hotels. All of our basic needs were met. The bed linens were soft and smelled good. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful at check-in. We did not eat breakfast, but it looked good with hot and cold options.

Staff was great. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. One issue that is exclusive to tall folks is that the ceilings are very low in the common areas of the hotel - hallways, lobby, breakfast dining area. I'm not sure why the hotel was built/renovated this way but all the ceilings in those places are right around 6'7 or 6'8, and being 6'7 myself, I hit my head multiple times either moving from one area to the next, on a fire sprinkler, or just on an upstep while walking from the breakfast buffet to my table. It made the place feel claustrophobic and cheaply done. I know the general public won't have any issues with it, but it felt worth mentioning.

The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We are picky about hotels and cleanliness is at the top of our list of things that are important to us. The continental breakfast was not good, but who really chooses a place to stay for a continental breakfast. There is a good restaurant next door.
