This beautiful quadrant bungalow was completely renovated in 2016 and fitted with new flooring, bathroom and kitchen. The whole is very tastefully decorated in "beach house style". It is located on a cosy, small-scale holiday park in the Zeeland fishing village of Stavenisse on the island of Tholen. The cosy beach at Stavenisse is one kilometre away.
The bungalow has a lovely sheltered garden with lots of privacy! In the garden you will find a lovely lounge set under a terrace roof so you can sit outside for a long time in the evening. There is also a dining table with chairs and a parasol available. There is also a cosy outdoor fireplace/barbecue in the garden.
The bungalow has a living-dining room with open kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and an open sleeping loft. The interior is very tasteful, fresh and cosy. In the living-dining room you will find a seating area with a television, and a dining table. The open kitchen has a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a four-burner gas hob. You will also find: a toaster, a kettle, a juicer and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Of course, the crockery is in the style of the rest of the house, and everything else you would expect in a kitchen is there. In the beautiful, fresh bathroom you will find a lovely walk-in shower, a toilet and a bathroom cabinet with storage space. On the ground floor, you will find a lovely double bed measuring 1.60x2.00m. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with 2 beds of 0.80x2.00m and on the mezzanine there is a single sofa bed with a trundle bed of 2x 0.90x2.00m.
Cyclists and hikers can have a great time in the area as the region has kilometres of cycling and walking paths. The centre of Stavenisse is easy to reach on foot and has a supermarket with a very wide range of products, a bakery, a very hospitable snack bar and a small harbour with a restaurant and cosy seating areas. The beach at Stavenisse is easy to reach on foot or by bike and you will find a larger beach about 7 km away in Sint Annaland. Stavenisse lies on the Oosterschelde, which has been the largest national park in the Netherlands for about 10 years. The Oosterschelde is very popular with divers because of its varied underwater world. If you would like to go out for fun, there are many possibilities, some of which are: -A day trip to Neeltje Jans in Zierikzee. -The sandy beach and regional museum in Sint Annaland, from where various boat trips are also offered. -The Arsenal in Vlissingen. -The butterfly garden at Kwadedamme. -Beautiful places such as: Bergen op Zoom, Goes, Vlissingen and Rennese are easily accessible.
