This holiday home is located in a child-friendly, car-free recreation park.
The house has a spacious garden with lots of privacy. Garden furniture is obviously present. The plot is enclosed.
The holiday home has a downstairs bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, living room, open-plan kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and storage room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms. The second bedroom also has a cot. One of the bedrooms has a television and a DVD player. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet and washbasin.
The neighbouring village of Stavenisse has a shopping street and a marina with a slipway. The Oosterschelde is 400 m away with a favourite diving location, also ideal for surfing and fishing. Perfectly suited as a base for cycling and walking tours, especially in spring, when the lush nature flourishes again. In short, an excellent location to get away from it all for a few days or to enjoy your well-earned holiday.
Central heating is available and each room has a heater. Central parking is available. The park is child-friendly, car-free (you may only drive up to the car park of the house) and very suitable for people who are looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy this to the full for a few days. Dürfte gar nicht vermietet werden
Wir haben das beste draus gemacht, aber mit Kindern hätten wir sofort umgedreht.In diesem 1/4 Haus ist so ziemlich alles kaputt, ob Wasserhahn, Backofen, Rollos... ein Bett ist zusammengebrochen beim drauf setzen, im Bad gibt 1 Steckdose unter der wanne, die kaputt ist und ohne jede Sicherung. Garten und Haus sind ungepflegt und dreckig. Wir haben beides deutlich gepflegter hinterlassen als übernommen und es wurden dennoch 50 Endreinigung berechnet. Die investiert man aber nicht in eine Reinigungskraft, sondern lässt die alte demente Eigentümerin putzen... Nie wieder und jeder Cent zu viel
