Lucca also hosts great events such as the Lucca- Summer Festival with concerts by international artists performing in the beautiful Piazza Napoleone and the Lucca Comics, a must for those who love the fantasy genre. About 60 km away awaits the city of Pisa with the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli with the Duomo, Baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower. Viareggio with its beautiful sandy beaches is 70 km away. This Tuscan city is famous for its carnival, nightlife and the many shopping opportunities along the seafront.
