The single but not isolated house is located in a totally traffic-free place in a relaxing environment where you can enjoy maximum relaxation.
The house is fresh and sunny, situated in a dominant position on the village of Retignano, on the beautiful panorama of the mountains in front and on a sea in the distance, surrounded by orange and lemon trees, with private fenced garden, equipped with sun loungers , games for children and various garden furniture.
The furniture of the house is nice, outside there is a large covered panoramic terrace where it is possible to have lunch of approx. 40 (equipped with barbecue), the house has been completely renovated and refurbished recently and is located in an environment where nature is still unspoilt and the population polite and kind.
Located in the heart of the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps but also close to the sea (15 km.), The geographical context is ideal for a relaxing holiday, but also convenient for reaching important historical / touristic cities of Tuscany (Lucca km 30 - Pisa km 40 - Carrara km 25 - Florence km 100), the beautiful beaches and nightclubs of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi 15 km Viareggio 20 km), the famous Cinque Terre with incredible views in Liguria at 50 km , the beautiful Garfagnana to 15 km.
From the village of Retignano there are also numerous hiking trails for trekking lovers, within the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Das Haus unseres sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebers war sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge sind traumhaft schön. In der Gegend gibt es viele Gelegenheiten für tolle Wanderungen.

Gemütliches Häuschen in charmantem Bergdorf

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und einem wunderschönen Garten mit Zitronen und Pampelmusenbäumen. Der Blick in die Berge ist auch traumhaft. Wir hatten eine super Woche. Schon im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes hat sich Enrico perfekt um uns gekümmert.

Nice stay in a very nice and special location

We spend a week in the house with our 2 dogs and and had a brilliant time. The location of the house within the remote village is extraordinary. The house itself with the beautiful garden offers everything you need.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Toskana, mit schönen Städten, atemberaubenden Bergen und sauberen Stränden und freundlichen Leuten. Das schönste vom Tag war jeden Abend auf der Terrasse von Enricos Ferienhaus unter den Zitronenbäumen zu sitzen und die Ruhe mit dem Blick über Retignano zu genießen. Enrico und seine Familie super nette und hilfsbereite Menschen, bei Ihnen fühlte man sich wie ein Freund. Wenn wir nochmal in Toskana fahren, dann nur wieder hierher.

Nous avons été accueilli par Enrico et son épouse qui nous ont fait visiter leur charmante maison! Nous avons profité pleinement du jardin et de notre environnement. La plage est à 30minutes en voiture et nous sommes allés nous rafraichir presque tous les jours. La maison est proche de Lucca et de Pise qui sont des lieux remarquables! Tous les 5 avons passé un formidable séjour et Enrico est dispo pour répondre à toutes les questions! Merci encore

Beautiful

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind das besondere an der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und verlässlich. Die Lage auf dem Berg hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder :) We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the accommodation. The garden and the terrace are what make the accommodation special. The equipment is excellent, the kitchen lacks nothing. The host is very friendly and reliable. We liked the location on the mountain very much. We will come again :)

Beautiful

We had a wonderful holiday and Enrico's house was very nice with a beautiful view! Enrico and his wife were very helpful and welcoming. The house has really everything you need for a nice time. The seaside is just a few kilometers away. There are mosquito's but you can protect yourself very well. The house is in the village and you have to climb a littlebit from the house to your car. Be fit! You live for the time of your holiday between the locals, lemon trees and a lot of beauty

Tolles Haus mit wundervollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Enricos Haus. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Enrico läuft problemlos und ich fand es toll, dass er sich auch erkundigt hat, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Einen einzigen Stern Abzug musste ich geben, weil man die schöne Aussicht nur leider etwas beschwerlich erreicht. Gepäck am besten so wählen, dass man es gut ein paar Meter tragen kann. Was auch toll ist: das Leitungswasser im Haus hat Top Qualität - noch dazu ist ein Brunnen mit dem besten Wasser im Ort. Tolles Haus um einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Enrico was a very nice host, the house is very pretty and well equipped. The view was astonishing, we loved drinking our coffee outside every morning in the mountainside. A plus is the outside shower and fruit trees in the garden. Can only recommend!

Der erste Gang auf die Terrasse offenbarte uns einen fantastischen Blick auf das Tal und die Berghänge. Dazu spendeten Zitrusfruchtbäume angenehmen Schatten und natürlich entsprechendes Obst. Das Haus selber ist rustikal aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Nachbarn und der gesamte Ort sind sehr nett und insgesamt haben wir uns an diesem fantastischen Ort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein romantisches Nestchen für eine Auszeit in den Bergen

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Wir sind super glücklich über unsere Entdeckung - das Häuschen ist perfekt für alle, die sich eine Auszeit wünschen. Und das echte Leben in Italien erleben wollen. Der herrliche Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns viele wundervolle Abende verschafft. Es sieht übrigens alles genauso aus wie auf den Bildern-die Natur sogar besser und überwältigender. Das Häuschen ist rustikal ausgestattet aber man hat alles was man braucht. Und wenn einem was fehlen sollte, ist Enrico, der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und würde sicherlich sofort helfen. Uns hat er auch mehrmals angeschrieben, ob alles gut ist, ob wir noch einen Ausflugstipp usw. benötigen. Das Haus liegt gemütlich und abgelegen, man ist jedoch innerhalb von 20 min. In der nächsten Kleinstadt und hat super Anbindung auch an die großen Ausflugsziele wie Florenz,Lucca… Die Abwicklung und die An- und Abreise sind sehr unkompliziert und entspannt gelaufen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicherlich mal wiederkommen. P.s. Im Ort gibt es eine Pizzeria (die hat allerdings nur Sa&So auf), da gab es die beste Pizza die wir im Urlaub finden konnten!

Very nice and authentic house in the mountains near the sea. Very nice place with a large garden full of fruits! Nice to see how locals live their daily life in these ancient houses. The daily climb up and down to the house and car gives a good condition; be fit if you go there ;-)

Ravissante et authentique !!

Petite maison perchée dans la montagne, retirée mais pas isolée, avec beaucoup de charme. Nous avons apprecié le jardin en escaliers avec ses citronniers, mandariniers et arbres à pamplemousses. Même si l'accès est un peu difficile, la maison et le village valent le détour. La situation permet de rayonner de Cinque Terre à Pise, tout en offrant des possibilités de baignade (gratuite) tous les jours. Les paysages, entre mer et montagne, ont tenu toutes leurs promesses. Enrico, le propriétaire, est très sympa et de bon conseil. L'accueil au départ a été impeccable. En bref, dépaysement garanti ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'attendons plus que de revenir !
