Ancient rural house, recently renovated with maximum contemporary comfort and with a good dose of charm. (100mt)
The house is spread over three floors connected by internal and external stairs from all windows and it is possible to have a panoramic view of the lake and its valleys.
In addition there is a large outdoor area of about 700 meters, divided into a patio area equipped for outdoor mangoes, the first terrace for B. B.Q. and sun loungers and last flounce to the garden.

Un séjour très agréable

Maison très sympathique. Très bien située. Repas pris sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. La maison est très confortable
