Welcome to our family’s Steamboat retreat, loved since 1975 and now cared for by a second-generation sibling duo. One of the original resort units in the area, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath end unit offers a true slice of Steamboat Springs history—blending cozy charm with unbeatable slope access.

• Ski-in/ski-out access just a 3-minute walk away! Skip the hassle of parking, lugging gear, or corralling tired kids (I was carrying my own skis down this short walk by age 4!). From there, ski down and then hop on the gondola! A map of the ski access point is available on request.

• After a day on the slopes, gather in front of the wood-burning fireplace in a living room framed by dramatic two-story windows on three sides.

Nice place, well appointed and clean. Great location to the slopes and restaurants. The spiral staircase is not for the faint of heart.the owner does make you aware of it in the description but in real life it is even more narrow than expected so be prepared to carry the contents of your bag up in pieces for safety. And bring non slip slippers for safety

Great stay. I panicked when we got there, and couldn't figure out how to open the door. Our host very patiently and calmy provided assistance. The home itself was lovely. We especially appreciated the vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen, and beautiful view from the loft bedroom. The home also provided as many soft blankets and pillows as anyone could possibly wish, and was very clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the board games. And it was really nice that you could easily close the loft off with a wooden screen for privacy when desired. Overall, suited our needs well. Thank you.

A great spot with easy parking (for two vehicles max) and a delightful, responsive, host! Clean and comfortable with tasteful updates. All bedrooms are upstairs. The spiral stairs are tight but they grew on us.

The condo was perfect for our brief visit to Steamboat. Location was perfect, home was cozy, clean, and easy to access. The spiral staircase was even more difficult than we expected. Caution should be taken for older folks who may have joint issues and folks with young children. Getting our bags up that staircase was not easy.

The location was good. The house seemed clean, just dated. Decor felt like 70s decor but was comfortable. The host was nice, and communication was great. The spiral stairs made for a good story later. They were narrow, and we had to put some work in, getting our bags up and down them. All the rooms are upstairs.Stairs inside and outside, so be prepaired, lots of stairs. We were winded but probably in better shape by the time we left. -Haha

A really great place to stay when in Steamboat!

We love the spaciousness of the condo and its proximity to the mountain. The description and the photographs were spot on! The condo is dated, which wasn’t an issue at all. You definitely need a vehicle if you’re gonna be staying here as it is quite difficult to get shuttles from that location, although it’s not impossible. The only reason why I deducted a star was because when we arrived, although it was extremely cold, it took two days for the apartment to come up to temperature. The rooms upstairs were incredibly hot at night and the first floor was very, very cold. We did happen to arrive during an incredibly cold part of the season. It just made it quite uncomfortable to lounge.

Ideal Christmas condo

We promised our tween and teen daughters a white Christmas, and it was dreamy. Great communication with the helpful and friendly owner. The spiral staircase was no problem because we are a petite family, but rather than trying to lug our big ski luggage upstairs, I would bag items for each family member so our main luggage always remained on floor one. Highly recommend.
