This luxury ski in-ski out 4 BD / 4 BA residence sleeps 10 and boasts dramatic views of Mt. Werner and the Yampa Valley from its primary bedroom, living spaces and covered deck. It was recently updated (Fall 2025) by an award winning designer with gorgeous hardwood flooring, tasteful artwork, fresh premium paint, comfortable furniture including a dining room table that seats 8 and a new air-conditioning system. The great room features a gas fireplace, large new sofa, reclining accent chairs, and a 75 inch Samsung Frame flat screen TV and is perfect for family meals prepared in the well equipped and spacious kitchen complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.
