This residence boasts hardwood flooring through the great room and well-defined entertaining spaces on either side of the river rock fireplace. The living room also features a flat screen TV with DVD player, and gaming console. There is also a private balcony which wraps around the residence, with access from the living room and the primary bedroom.

All of the bedrooms are nicely furnished and enjoy lots of natural light. The 3rd bedroom would use the bathroom off the hallway. All of the bathrooms are stocked with bath products and plush towels.
