Gondola Square 35, a 2-Bedroom + Loft / 2-Bathroom condominium that boasts great valley views and offers guests unbeatable access to skiing and the Mountain Village. This warm and welcoming condo has all that you need - a well equipped kitchen, with lovely cabinetry and sleek countertops, seating at the breakfast bar for three, plus the dining table can seat six. The living area has vaulted ceilings, large windows take in the action of the Village below, the living room also has gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, and access to the deck. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, which also has access to the deck. Spiral stairs lead to the upper level which has an open loft sleeping area, and the second bedroom. Each of the bathrooms have been nicely updated, with new vanities, tile and fixtures. Take advantage of this lovely condo and its very convenient location.

Annual Steamboat Soccer Trip
This is a prime property and location that was perfect for our needs. We come up to Steamboat, CO for a week each summer from Dallas, TX for soccer training and a tournament. I usually look for a washer/dryer and A/C for my rental because there are hot days in Steamboat during the late summer.
We got off to a rocky start because the A/C needed servicing. But, the owner and the property manager addressed the issue immediately. The management company was also very responsive to our needs during our stay. Well done guys!
