One Steamboat Place: "Grouse Mountain" - 4BR -Ski-in/ski-out Luxury

One Steamboat Place offers luxury, slopeside access, and unparalleled amenities. The Grouse Mountain Residence has abundant natural light and, sitting on the fifth floor, has a bird’s eye view of the outdoor fire pit in the One Steamboat Place plaza below. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

Rest and relaxation is the name of the game with the comfortable furnishings in the great room while enjoying the fireplace and flat screen TV.

The kitchen is professionally equipped with Viking appliances, custom cabinetry and center island with seating for three. From the deck, you can grill on your gas BBQ and enjoy some people watching below or skiers in the distance.

This residence is designed for entertaining, with enough seating at a custom dining table for the whole family.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat sitting alone on one side of the residence. Along with a gas fireplace and king bed, the attached bath features a steam shower and soaking tub. On the other end of the residence you will find a king suite, a queen suite, and a fourth room with a queen and full bunks. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

The home office boasts high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests. A washer/dryer is available for guest use.

Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
