Just over the bridge you’ll find the rodeo grounds, the iconic Howelsen Hill ski area, the sports complex and ice rink. The world class, Steamboat Ski Resort, mountain restaurants, and bars are all just a five-minute drive up the hill; or walk half a block to the free city bus, which runs every 12 minutes to the mountain. The property was spacious and clean. Nice that is was on the top floor of the building. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Great views. All needed amenities. Designated parking spot as well. We will gladly stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others.

Great Steamboat Getaway!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this condo! Location is AMAZING and condo is beautifully updated. Easy walk to all downtown activities and the free shuttle to the moutain runs every 10 min for the skiers! Can't beat it. The only word of caution - the walls are extremely thin and if you have loud party-animal neighbors, be prepared to hear them all night.

Great location downtown in the heart of Steamboat Springs!! Super clean and had all our kitchen needs; pots, pans, utensils etc. Plenty of towels, walking distance to restaurants, the Yampa River and downtown shopping. Great communication from the host! Great condo, but very noisy bars across the street til 2 am

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable and great bedrooms for our family with young kids, but there is a bar directly across the street that was very rowdy and loud until 2 am. We heard loud fights/yelling that kept us awake even with the windows closed.

Really enjoyed the location

We really enjoyed our stay at this downtown condo in Steamboat Springs. The location while 13ish minutes from the skiier drop-off is superb if you're looking for more things to do within walking distance. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot as we had a car with us. Virtually all of the nicer restaurants are within walking distance as well as several shops. The condo is on the 3rd floor and looks out to Howelsen Hill, which is a lot of fun to watch. The fireplace is very easy to use, and equally nice to have - it heats the condo very well. There's a box for skis, and a several coat hooks which logistically makes things a lot easier. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. We were impressed by how large it really was. It easily fit our family - 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child. I appreciated that fans were provided in each room, as well as extra pillows and blankets. They also did not short you on towels - which can be such a drag. The only drawbacks in our opinion are the showers. Hot water was a hot commodity while we were there over Spring Break. I assumed that's part of being in a condo building and lots of showers happening at similar times of the day. But we only had about 1 hot shower each during our entire stay. Others were cold or very lukewarm if we were lucky. The other thing is the tubs are slippery. Two of the adults slipped and fell, which could be dangerous. All of that said, again, we really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply excellent.
