The Property:
This well-designed condo features two large ensuite bedrooms on opposite sides of an open living area, providing both privacy and separation of space. The primary suite includes a King bed, stylish metal spindle headboard, bedside lighting, and direct views toward the Wild Blue Gondola and ski slopes, often the first thing you'll see in the morning. The room includes a wall-mounted TV and a walk-through closet leading to a spacious bathroom with dual vanities and an updated walk-in shower. The second bedroom is larger and includes two Queen beds, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and sliding glass doors to frame your ski area and base views, as well as for patio access. It also features a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo suitable for all ages.
The central living area separates the bedrooms and creates a comfortable gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. The open layout allows you to cook, dine, and relax while enjoying ski slope views through large sliding doors. The living room includes a gas fireplace, dining space, and seating for work or relaxation. The private patio extends the living space with views of the mountain and Yampa Valley. Location:
This is a true ski-in/walk-out location in Steamboat's base area. Ski directly back to the building, store gear in the locker room, and access the slopes just steps away via the Bronze Tree stairs. The entire ski area base, including dining, shopping, and après-ski options, are all within walking distance. In summer, you will enjoy immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the family favorite beaches along Burgess Creek. While the base area provides restaurants, bars, shops, and activities just outside your door, getting to other parts of town is easy. With ski-season shuttle service and year-round free city bus access, your vehicle can sit idle in the underground garage.
Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– After booking, we provide arrival instructions and local support before and during your stay.
– The building has step-free entry via elevator access to the condo level. The unit itself is single-level. A threshold step is required to access the patio. Some shared amenities (pool, hot tubs, ski lockers, ski slope side exterior exit) require one flight of stairs from all condos.
– Parking is provided for one vehicle (upper or underground garage). Underground clearance is 6'2”. No RVs or trailers per HOA rules. Additional off-site parking options may exist. Contact us in advance, if you will have more than one vehicle.
– Winter access may require AWD/4WD and appropriate tires, as mountain passes can be involved depending on route and conditions.

** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Pet Free - Pets AND Service Animals are NOT PERMITTED in the property or on the premises. This is a privately owned home and is a PET FREE property. Due to the existence of pet allergies, this home is marketed and maintained as free of pet hair and dander. Allowing pets or service animals would result in a fundamental alteration of the nature of the property, and may pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. Therefore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, PETS AND/OR SERVICE ANIMALS are not permitted in the home or on the premises. There may be circumstances that create an exception to this policy, but only if the Guest provides advance notice of the presence of a service animal in writing before booking, and receives specific approval.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
