The location was very good. The parking and access was great. The rental unit was nice, clean and well stocked. There were only 2 negatives: 1. The stairs going up to the loft were very steep, and more like ascending a ladder, and 2. The sleeper couch was completely unusable as a bed.

We were not given the office address by Expedia which is not on The West site. Finally connected with the PM company and received our keys. The place had two single beds which was supposed to be doubles. We used the pullout so it wasn’t too bad.
