The large family or couples traveling together can easily stay in this house! With 140 sqm, the house offers two living areas in one, because both living areas have a bathroom and kitchen!
It has a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The house was completely renovated in 2016 and furnished in a Scandinavian summer house style.
In the combined kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, you can enjoy delicious food and time together with 8 people at the dining table. The living room leads directly to the terrace. On the upper floor there is another fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is space for 4 people.
In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a floor-level shower, a sink, a mirror and a toilet.

You can choose between 4 comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy the view of the countryside from all bedrooms.
Car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, the lower living area is easily accessible at ground level.
Another highlight is the large terrace, which connects directly to the living room on the ground floor and is fully equipped with lounge furniture for relaxing.
At the Petzel family's blacksmith's shop (owner) you can take a blacksmithing course during your holiday. The country house is located between Schlei and Flensburg Fjord and is 1.5 km from the beach.
Over the Gelting Bay you can see the neighboring Denmark.
The coastal region is ideal for swimming, kiting or taking long walks on the beach.
Nearby is the "Geltinger Birk", a nature and bird sanctuary that is ideal for hiking and cycling.
The port city of Flensburg and Kappeln on the Schlei are popular excursion destinations.
House Rules / Prices:
The prices are per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 8 guests.
A laundry package, consisting of bed linen and towels, is compulsory for 20.00 euros per person. This price includes the cost of washing machine, dryer, high chair and baby cot. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 150.00 euros. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it locally for 10.00 euros / sack.
The deposit of € 300.00 is due with the final payment by bank transfer to our account. In the event of proper handover on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
