Our apartments are located on the sunny side of Lake Ossiach, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Bodensdorf and the lake with the public beach pools.

The central location of the house, the well-tended ambience, the cozy, lovingly and modernly furnished apartments, a beautiful flower garden, friendly hosts and a wide range of offers will convince you.

The lido with child-friendly bathing area can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Entry and a bathing cabin for the duration of your stay are included in the price. We are happy to give tips on bike trips, hikes, mountaineering, climbing ...
From May to October you will receive the Villach-Faaker See-Ossiachersee Adventure Card free of charge.

We offer additional services so that you feel completely comfortable:
