This one of a kind River Getaway sits on a island where Manatees and Otters are frequently seen. You can cast your line and catch fresh water fish from the dock or river banks. Slide the canoes or kayaks right into the water for a fun time.

Just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping and salt water fishing. There is a fire pit and a large yard for fun family games. Downstairs offers a grill , and a screened in picnic area . You will also find a room with a sink ready to clean your catch of the day.

This property includes three bedrooms, two baths, a large open concept, living area, dining room a bar in the kitchen with three stools. Washer and dryer are also available. This River House has a screened in front porch and deck and downstairs has a screened in picnic area with a deck It sits on an island surrounded by the Steinhatchee River.
