I think its used as a shelter for the homeless also . As soon as you walk in you mildew. The beds were made so sloppy. Will never go back

The stay at the hotel was great! Check in was very simple and the staff (Maggie) was especially helpful in setting aside a key for my boyfriend who was coming by later while I planned on taking a nap until he arrived. The only issue I had was that the toilet wouldn't stop running until I dealt with it. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

The place smelled horrible… like there were a pile of dirty smelly cleats on the first floor. . Beds were torn and walls filthy. There were boot mark foot prints on the toilet. Most outlets wouldn’t hold a charger in them properly. The towels were fresh and clean. Surrounding property was unkept.

Second time staying here and the housekeeping opens the door before 11 am checkout. Asked for a late checkout of noon. Housekeeping opened the door 3 times before 12. Left the light on the last time they opened the door. My bf who works midnights was trying to sleep before having to leave/checkout.

The TV in the room would not pick up the local channels. The fridge would not stay closed. I I fired the lady at the front desk about this. Because maintenance was gone for the day, the lady at the desk transferred me to another room. Fridge and TV there worked fine. Mary, the manager is wonderful and very helpful. I needed to add an additional night to my stay, Mary was wonderful in assisting me with that process and allowed me to keep the same room

Gal at the night desk was wonderful! Our first rom was awful! The floor was sagging from water damage. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The clerk accommodated my request for a new room. We were move to an ADA compliant room on the first floor that was better. The carpets were still stained and the room was musty smelling. Beds are older but surprisingly comfortable. The entire place needs a renovation and refresh!!
