Our stay was wonderful. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. The hotel seems pretty new. It was up to date and very comfortable. Also more affordable than the one 8 minutes down the road due to being outside of St Joseph, but still extremely close to St Joseph. Would definitely stay again.

This is a newer property so we were surprised at how poorly it was maintained. Our room was not cleaned well, the shower floor was stained with what looked like grease and oil, the floor trim and walls in the bathroom were poorly repaired and in bad shape. We could not check in at 3 pm and had to wait until roughly 5pm with no offer of a discount or courtesy offer. We will think twice before staying at a Holiday Inn again.
