The area was great. The room was great. Everything was going great until 11 PM when I was asleep and someone opened my door and said it was a room check. I have reached out several times to Holiday Inn and they are not returning my calls and messages. I would not stay there again.

The women at the front seat were absolutely wonderful during our entire 3 day stay. Check in & our was so quick & easy. The place was clean and everybody was super friendly. Me & my husband loved it

Holiday Inn did not honor my prepaid reservation. When I attempted to check in, they said they overbooked. I complained and the lady shrugged saying she has to inform 15 other customers that they will suffer the same result. The lady could not care less about the situation. It was late, raining, and the lady offered nothing. Whoever runs/owns this place is an idiot. No customer service. I'll never stay at a Holiday in again.

The facilities were nice, however, when we went for breakfast at 8:30 am, they had run out of bacon, eggs and potatoes with no staff in sight working on replenishing the food. There were several guests complaining. Also, we held the reservation under 1 credit card and when we checked in, we asked to change it to another, which the man at the front desk confirmed was done. Upon check out, we were told the room was charged under the original credit card and not the updated card we had asked for and hthe new man had no way to fix it.

Property was beautiful, our room was beautiful, check in was super quick and easy, my husband and I booked this room while we were on the road to Michigan, and we were upgraded to a king suite because the room we reserved was booked. The front desk, Alaura (not sure if that’s how you spell it, she was working overnight) was super nice! As far as breakfast goes, we skipped it because there wasn’t anything left, but there was a wedding reception that was staying as well, so totally understandable. Would definitely stay here again. If you go into St. Joseph, that is the most adorable town!

The first room was not cleaned I went back to desk and they got us in a room that was clean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable besides that it was a good place to stay.

Woman with snooty voice called me to say that they would not have a room for me at 11.03 PM I was running late for check in - but HAD CALLED EARIER to say that I was going to be late for checkin - my previous call to them was at 9 I have a witness who heard me call about being late for check in I booked and paid for the room in advance Worst attitude ever from the woman who called She denied that I had called earlier in the day She also said some BS about not enough cleaning staff to get the room ready

Was very impressed with the room, bed was absolutely comfortable and room overall was very clean. Breakfast had many options, just wish we would have made it up sooner so it was fresher.
