Beautiful spacious home allowing for individual privacy as well as space for our large group to eat dinner together and socialize. Property was clean and well maintained. Information was lacking regarding use of the security system, availability of pool and kitchen towels, availability of small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender...). Communication via text with the owner about these items was quick and complete. We were told the refrigerator had an ice machine however it was broken upon arrival. When reported, the manager stated there was no time in between renters to fix. The firepit was full of old wood and ashes but was usable. The pool thermometer appeared inaccurate, said it was 85 degrees but felt much colder. Thankful for the hot tub as the kids spent more time in there than the pool. Water pressure was initially a problem for taking showers. When reported to the owner/manager, someone came within a short time to inspect water tank which had a clogged filter. Filter was changed immediately which fixed the problem. Management of this property and the issues we came across were dealt with quickly by the owner and manager. Information was clarified with a quick text to the owner. Pricing per night of 1,966 was similar or more than other rentals who had direct access to Saratoga lake. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to our friends.
