When we arrived it was late and all my family members were exhausted from our 6 hour drive and they could not find my reservation and then told us the elevators were out and they stuck us on the 4th floor with a 7 month old baby and we had to climb all those stairs with all the luggage and didnt even offer to help us or help us find a different place to stay. That would have been the proper thing to do. When asked about when the elevator would be fixed they said have no idea. Not a good way to treat your customers. Will not be back to that one again.

All of the lights in the parking lot were out and the grass/grounds were knee high. As a pet-friendly hotel, the fully unlit parking lot made walking our dog very scary.

Very disappointed

This La Quinta is very old and dated. In poor condition. It probably should be torn down and rebuilt. There are many fresher, more traveler-friendly hotels available. Sorry but truthful.

The property was rundown. The room stunk really bad like it was an old smokers room. There was no curtains on half of the window so we had no privacy or could we block out the light our reservations was change last minute from a two bed to a one bed And the pullout bed was horrible.

Hotel is conveniently located to anything you want to do in stillwater. Free breakfast is the typical layout (waffles, oatmeal, juice, eggs, meat, biscuit/gravy). Place was quiet, gym is small be has free weights, beds & linen were very good and the coffee in the lobby was always fresh. Bathrooms could use some cosmetic touch up but no problems (and clean)

Everything was great except the beds

The service was pretty good. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and kept fresh, with the serving area being kept clean. Weight room, laundry room, business center, and pool/hot tub area all appeared clean and well kept. Our room was in decent enough shape, however the bedding was very uncomfortable. The King size bed was hard as a board and the pillows were lousy. We actually stayed two nights, in two different rooms and the beds were equally uncomfortable in both rooms. There were a few areas in the upstairs elevator hallways where tile was broken and popped free and in need of repair. Aside from the very uncomfortable beds, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The staffs are very friendly. Easy check in process. The hotel is clean and smells nice. Our room and bathroom are very clean and very generous with towels and toiletries. Will definitely be back.
