Very terrible! The entire place was under construction!! Someone should’ve told us it was not even ready and they gave us the smallest bed ever when I had specifically asked for a queen!

The property is undergoing renovation. They had a poor excuse for a breakfast. Should not advertise that they provide free breakfast when there is none during the week & the weekend provisions were minimal. There were no instructions as to operation of the coffee maker in the room. The property was relatively clean, staff were amicable & location is good. I paid far too much for the quality of the product.

Ceiling caved in as a freezing flood poured down.

The hotel was under construction. When we pulled up it was dark and appeared closed. But...check in went okay. As soon as we settled in our room the fire alarm went off--the sprinkler system had broken. Water was pouring into the entrance and lobby--with freezing temps--the entrance was a sheet of ice the next morning. Firemen came and dealt with the chaos so we went back to our room. However, we soon discovered there were no ice machines, no water in the vending machine, no bottles of water at reception and the tap water was very cloudy. Also, no breakfast because of construction. It was a disaster. Thankfully my son had a sense of humor throughout the night and the room itself was decently clean and beds were comfortable.

The room itself was filthy. Building was under construction, one floor open. We were not told of this when booking. The top lock for our door was completely broken off. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

They were in the middle of remodeling, which I understand, but they should have not been taking reservations, and then you got to hear them bang hammers all day. The actual ceiling of the elevator fell on us while we were in it. Terrible! Staff was rude and could care less. Took over an hour to check in!

Property is under renovation, which normally is fine, except in this situation, there was dust EVERYWHERE - including all over the coffee pots. Plus, we could not use the elevator, which luckily we don't HAVE to use, but not sure what someone would do that needed the elevator. This also meant no continental breakfast and there was no compensation for any of this. Price of progress I guess.

Do not stay here! The management staff/owner is horrible! We had 3 rooms reserved well in advance of our stay. One of the rooms had NO water and as a result one in our party had to stay somewhere else the first night. One party had to switch rooms THREE times the first night to accommodate the one party with no water! None of us were offered any sort of discount due to this and it was a fight to get the room with no water a refund for the first night! One of the ladies at the desk flat out lied to us and the manager later confirmed that she lied! We kept watching the same dirty area of food on the elevator for all 4 days we were there plus an area of food in the commons area all 4 days as well! The breakfast wasn’t even worth going to. Bagels in baggies and a waffle maker was it! Absolutely the worse hotel and experience ever!

Overall this property isn't terrible for the price. It's conviniently located down from the stadium and is within walking difference to the stadium. The interior is outdated, but the staff was friendly.
