For the price of £54 it was excellent. Really convenient location close to central station, clean, modern. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Only criticism would be that it was a bit stuffy in the room with no windows

They test the FIRE ALARM without warning you! Never ever book here if you expect a calm night. It is of course good to have good fire sequrity, but you WARN your guests prior! No compensation or anything either and their explanation was that they'll always have guests checked in, so apparently their entitled to do this without warning (!?)

The stafff was rude and the room was truly a disappointment the towels were stained my linens ar check in was not clean and had hair in pillows from other guest. The rooms were in a basement with out windows and you couldn’t eat or drink your own drink in the lobby. Truly a 1-2 star hotel aside from the great restaurant and breakfast the amenities were horrible

There were many issues with our stay. Right from the start, I received a parking ticket when checking in. Our room wasn't cleaned even after requesting several times. The front desk staff attempted to double charge me for parking, which was $50 per night. The parking garage was nearly impossible to find. The room had no windows and was located underground so felt like a bunker.
