Room was comfortable with a city view and a window that could open slightly when needed. Staff were accommodating when extra pillows were asked for. The breakfast was good with many selections of foods to choose from. We had hoped to use the pool but as it was close to $30 per person, we didn't bother. The hotel is very close to the train station with the good and bad of that. We didn’t feel unsafe but there was the odd sketchy area around there. But it was super convenient with the métro across the street as well as quick accesses to buses and trams. We also walked a lot. Perhaps we would stay there again.

A very decent 4* city centre hotel. Situated right outside the city central station and very convenient for the shops, old town and Baltic Sea. Considering the location, it was a very quiet hotel. The staff were very approachable and resolved our issue very quickly. The hotel was clean and room was what we expected of a 4*. The buffet breakfast was good and ample. I’d recommend it for the location (though objected at paying extra to use the pool)

Short stopover during family vacation in Stockholm. Convenient, walkable location with lots of shops and amenities. Quick access to Central Station. Beautiful design in hotel and room. Quiet, comfortable for our family of four. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety and allergy-friendly, healthy options. Staff at welcome center were very kind and helpful. Spa was refreshing after a long day of walking and exploration. Would visit again and highly recommend.

Great hotel, super service

The best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff at reception who were lovely and very helpful. It was a little disappointing as a Hotels.com Platinum member that I was not offered a room upgrade even though my friends in other rooms were offered an upgrade when they checked in before and after me. However, I had dropped a debit card in reception and as soon as got to my room they called me to notify me. This was great service. We were also able to have a late checkout with no trouble which a nice touch. The rooms were overall very nice, though we had booked a Superior room which I found quite small for a Radisson, especially compared to the super large standard rooms at the Radisson Blu in Gothenburg. However, the room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed and the room was cleaned when requested. We did not have breakfast included but we did have dinner at the Stockholm Fisk restaurant which is attached to the hotel, it was a little pricey but we received 10% off by becoming a Radisson member and the food was absolutely fantastic. Overall a great stay!
