Bjorn was such a wonderful host—he made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. His place is cozy and conveniently located just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around super easy. I’d happily stay here again!

One very friendly person (Björn) runs the B&B. The rooms and amenities are clean and pleasant. Breakfast is help yourself from a variety of foods. You can cook your own any time of day. Place comes complete with a very friendly puppy 👍

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pink house. Bjorn was a wonderful host and I really felt at home! My stay was better than I could have asked for. Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, it was refreshing walking to the metro station everyday, I really had a nice sense of peace.when I inevitably come back to Sweden I'll definitely be staying at the Pink house again!

Trevligt B&B till bÀsta pris, MÀlarhöjden Stockh

Det var lite trubbel att hitta den stora rosa villan i villaomrÄdet i MÀlarhöjden, nÀr jag kom till Bed&Breakfast hotellet the Pink House sent pÄ kvÀllen. Iallafall förstod jag till slut vilket hus det Àr, och gick in. Det Àr en prylfylld lite bohemisk hemmiljö som erbjuder ett utmÀrkt utbud. Det ingÄr frukostmat och kaffe (frÄn barista maskin), hÀr finns ett rikt utrustat kök och tre olika rum Àr möjliga att hyra. Det stÄr ocksÄ skrivet att vÀrden önskar att gÀsterna upplever det hÀr stÀllet som ett vÀlkomnande hem. Jag uppskattar verkligen konceptet som Àgaren Björn skapat för gÀsterna. Priset Àr mycket bra. Det var rent och fint i de tvÄ rymliga rum med dubbelsÀng som finns pÄ övervÄningen. SmÄ öppna utrymmen överfulla med brÄte och prylar finns ocksÄ men sÄ Àr det kanske lÀtt att det blir i en stor villa. Det gÄr att handla maten vid t-banestationen pÄ Coop som har öppet 07-22, och sedan promenad fyrahundra meter sÄ Àr du framme! Köket Àr tÀnkt att anvÀndas för de mÄltider som du sjÀlv skapar i kockens kök! Jag saknar en fungerande radio i matrummet/ köket. Annars finns ALLT! Rekommenderas till alla som har fungerande kroppar och kan gÄ i brant trapp, och lyfta era vÀskor flera vÄningar i trappan. Jag bodde hÀr 18-21 september, 3 nÀtter. Jag cyklade in till centrala Stockholm pÄ lördagens morgon för en kursdag pÄ Axelsons institut och sÄ hem till The Pink House igen pÄ kvÀllen. Cykeln fick jag lÄna frÄn hotellet. KvÀllen var sommarvarm och ljus, trots sen september.

Everything was pretty comfy and the homeowner was kind and welcoming. We would love to stay here again if we ever came to Stockholm again. Using the bikes and staying at a slightly distant neighborhood made us feel like we got the ultimate swedish experience. Tack sÄ mycket för allt.

TÀnker man hotellstandard blir du nog besviken. Men tÀnker du originellt, bohemiskt och lite skit i hörnen sÄ har du kommit rÀtt. Trevlig och gÀstvÀnligt vÀrd, lite uppfinnare Jocke. Mysigt stÀdat eget rum. Gemensamma utrymmen var som i ett ungkarlshus med mycket saker. Frukost vÀldigt enkel. Men till detta fantastiska pris var det en annorlunda och prisvÀrd upplevelse.

Es gibt drei Zimmer fĂŒr GĂ€ste in dem Haus die völlig in Ordnung sind. Die anderen zu benutzen RĂ€ume, KĂŒche, Bad, etc.und alle anderen RĂ€ume sind leider nicht den Bildern entsprechend und FrĂŒhstĂŒck gibt es nicht in der Form wie man es denkt.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist fĂŒr den Preis insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings war das Doppelbett fĂŒr uns etwas zu klein, und die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht ganz dem Standard, den wir gewohnt sind. Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wĂŒrde an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung vertragen. Sowohl außen als auch im Inneren – insbesondere im Eingangsbereich – gibt es Bereiche, die einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck machen. Der erste Eindruck war dadurch etwas abschreckend. Da es sich um ein Bed & Breakfast handelt, hat man die Möglichkeit, sich aus dem GemeinschaftskĂŒhlschrank zu bedienen. Leider war dieser unĂŒbersichtlich und nicht sehr ordentlich, was uns wenig Vertrauen gemacht hat. Wir haben uns daher nur einen Kaffee aus dem vorhandenen Vollautomaten gegönnt, der immerhin gut geschmeckt hat. Dennoch muss man bedenken, dass man bei einem gĂŒnstigen Preis gewisse Abstriche in Kauf nehmen muss. FĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft durchaus geeignet, wenn man keine allzu hohen AnsprĂŒche stellt.

Huset ligger i lugnt omrÄde. Det var ganska stökigt i och runt huset, men inne pÄ rummet var det rent och fint. VÀlkomnande med praliner och brev. Köket var inte sÄ rent, vilket de varnat för dÄ flera delar det och det inte stÀdas dagligen. SÄ Àr man inte sÄ kinkig Àr detta ett billigt och bra övernattningsstÀlle.

It's a nono.

Got an email from the host before arrival, which apart from general info had this strange addition (qoute): "If you are a friend of Putin please cancel you booking as you wonÂŽt like it. If so I donÂŽt think you should visit Sweden at all." When we arrived the stay looked like a dump and even if we got strict instrucions about removing footwear, it seemed paradoxal when we entered a kitchen that was anything but proper and clean. The utensils was dirt, as was the handtowels. We did some manual cleaning, but was then interrupted by the host, who'd like to inform us that using the dishwashing machine was more environmentally friendly... Long story short, we weren't very happy with our stay and I would not recommend it.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt hilfreiche Tipps bei Fragen zu Unternehmungen und hat uns die Wohnungseinrichtung gut erklĂ€rt. Wir durften die KĂŒche benutzen und von seinen GewĂŒrzen nehmen. Die Haltestelle liegt in der NĂ€he. Wir mochten seinen Hund sehr. In punkto Sauberkeit fehlt der Sinn fĂŒr das Detail.
