We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The room was large and nice, and the spa was very nice and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only upsetting thing was cost of the parking.

The hotel had just opened two days prior to us arriving so everything was perfect. Staff were also super helpful and friendly and although the restaurant menu wasn’t extensive, the food was delicious. Would highly recommend

Otroligt trevligt bemötande när vi kom till incheckningen Spa avdelning hade oxå super fin personal. Alla utrymmen var rena och fräscha Det enda som var minus vid vistelsen är extra sängen som var extremt fast/hård.

Missvisande information för parkering vilket ledde till en parkeringsbot. Rummet var inte städat. Skräp på golvet i badrummet och fläckar på nattduksbordet. Betalade för en frukost i baren ena dagen som jag sedan skulle betala igen vid utcheckning, då man tydligen inte köper frukost i baren. Jag fick visa transaktionen på min internetbank för att bevisa att jag betalat den orimligt dyra frukosten.

Det var mycket bekvämt i vårt rum. Fanns tillräcklig med allt. Säng fick vi till rummet med. Barn täcke o kudde var så bekväma. Hade önskat att man kunde höja barnsängen men personalen visste ej hur. Så de va lite djupt. Men de ingen fara. I restaurangen fanns det bara 1 barnstol vilket innebär att man måste vänta på tills andra är färdiga tills man kan få låna en. Det var lite mindre bra. Ni borde köpa in fler med tanke på den standarden ni har.
