When I was came in Holliday Inn Tracy CA at 02/06/2026, after 5:00pm, front desk issued me a regular room not the suite room that I booked and paid off at Expedia, so I out that room went back to front desk, receptionist said that mini suite if I had suite room I need pay them extra $100, which was my deposit, I didn’t agree want talk to their manager, he said manager left. Second day evening when I came back they looked my KAY,that I could not get in the room, they unlocked my Kay until next day,it was very bad experience, I sincerely request Expedia fully refund my money and ask them return my deposit also, thank you!
