Amazing stay! From the activities provided, to the outdoor swimming pool, the ice skating rink, amazing stay. Only downside is everything is very expensive. The food at the resort is very pricey, I would suggest eating outside of it.

This is a high end resort with all the amenities. Great place to go for a holiday getaway. Heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi year round, spa treatments, great dining and drink options. Some excellent chefs creating next level food options. Rooms are high quality as is the service level. You feel wanted and special. I haven’t check out other resorts in Stowe but I can’t imagine any topping this one. It’s my favorite place in Stowe!!

Everything was excellent. Clean, well-furnished room, working [gas] fireplace, kitchenette for all our needs. The building itself is well-maintained, looks like new, and the view of Mt. Mansfield is inspiring. All staff we came across were incredibly professional and nice --- from valet to dining to front desk to spa –– and courteous. Great customer service!

Nice high end resort. Lots of things to do at the lodge and surrounding areas. Quiet rooms and well kept property. I loved the walk out pool and jacuzzi that are heated and can be used in cold weather. The food was excellent and they have a very diverse staff which one being a cook introduced a special Jamaican Menu to support the hurricane relief efforts. I wish the village was open as it would make the trip very special. It was closed due to being off season. Overall I would give it a 4.25 stars out of 5. A few things could make it a 5 star easily.

I stayed for two nights and the hotel was very beautiful and wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect. The room was clean although someone in my party was staying in a different room and they found a lot of items in their room. It turned out to be the owner of the room or timeshare. She wasn’t aware that her room was a timeshare during the booking process and the front desk didn’t mention it either. She thought housekeeping didn’t do their job correctly. The Mountain View was great. The outdoor pool was somewhat warm but the hot tub was perfect. It was a great stay other than the fire alarm went off both nights around 8pm and we had to evacuate until the firefighters cleared the building which took about thirty minutes on both nights. It was very cold and very inconvenient. Other than that, it was great and I would still recommend. The food was really good as well.

During my two night stay fire alarms went off both nights. First night at 8pm stood outside in the cold for 30 minutes. Second night at 9pm stood outside in cold rain for 25 minutes. Now I understand things/emergencies happen but when overhearing the firefights say “it must have tripped the alarm” on night one and it going off again night 2 leads me to believe that whatever tripped the alarm was not corrected therefore it went off again at 9pm night 2. The lack of information/transparency from the front desk was very disappointing. They could not tell me what set off the alarms other than it came from the restaurant.
