The vacation home "Am Kütertor" with its 4 vacation apartments - HANSE- , -KOGGE- , - STÖRTEBEKER - and WIKINGER - in one house is located in the old town center of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, with a direct view of the Kütertor and was built in 2001 and the vacation apartments 2020 new and high quality and equipped with great attention to detail.



All apartments have a balcony or terrace.

Our 2020 newly furnished 55 sqm. Apartment HANSE was lovingly furnished in an upscale style and invites you as a discerning guest to relax and linger in the heart of the old town of Stralsund. The two-room apartment on the 1st floor is equipped with an elegant living room with modern TV, W-Lan and a romantic bedroom. Our bright and spacious bathroom has a shower and a window. The fitted kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a cozy dining area, on the sunny balcony you can end your vacation day comfortably. The apartment can be booked for one to four people. The third and / or fourth person sleeps in the living room. A foldaway bed has been specially integrated for this purpose, which elegantly disappears into the wall when not in use.



A parking space can be used for a fee.



The harbor with the Ozeaneum and the Gorch Fock are a 5-minute walk away. The old and the new market are 2 minutes away, also numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and museums, as well as our 4 churches. The island of Rügen can be reached by ferry in 10 minutes. The island of Hiddensee can be reached by ferry in 120 minutes.

Das Appartement Hanse am Kütertor ist eine tolle Fewo und genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Sie ist sehr zentral in Stralsund gelegen, alles Sehenswerte ist faktisch um die Ecke. Das Parkhaus vom Meereskundemuseum ist nahe gelegen. Was allerdings passiert, wenn dieses mal "voll", keine Ahnung! Bei uns waren noch 20 Plätze frei und man musste nach einem Platz ganz schön suchen. Einen extra reservierten Platz für die Fewo wäre hier wünschenswert!!!Wir waren etwas früher am Anreisetag vor Ort, da war die Reinigungskraft noch da...in unserem Fall Gott sei Dank, denn es war nur ein Bett bezogen (auch nur 1x Bettwäsche vorhanden) und wir waren zu zweit. Fasche Übermittlung an die Putzkraft...passiert...wurde schnell behoben...Schrankbett im Wozi ausgeklappt, Bett bezogen...fertig...und eine sehr nette und freundliche Putzfrau.Alles in allem ein ganz tolles Wochenende in Stralsund und in der Fewo Hanse...jederzeit wieder!!!!

Im Herzen von Stralsund

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: sie liegt stadtnah. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
