This modern, recently renovated holiday home is located in the courtyard of the Alte Schmiede zu Stralsund. The Alte Schmiede is part of the Stralsund UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a sign of urban development in the 19th Century. It is located in one of the most popular parts of Stralsund between the old town and the harbor. Here is the perfect starting point for your vacation near the Baltic Sea coast.

Our farrier apartment is located on the upper floor of the old smithy and has been completely rebuilt in the historic walls. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (160cm) in the living room.
The kitchen is separate and has a dining area, it connects all rooms with each other.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with overhead shower, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, as well as a vanity, a toilet and a washer-dryer. The living room is modern, has a cozy sofa corner that can be converted into a bed. The flat screen and the internet connection via WLAN provide entertainment.

For your little ones we have a high chair and a travel cot available, please specify when booking. Parking for this apartment is in front of the house on the public street. If you value a private parking space, please book our holiday home in the courtyard: Agaso object number 2720 308

The quiet yet central location of our accommodation is particularly noteworthy. The train station is about 15 minutes away on foot, but can also be reached via nearby bus stops. The connection to the motorway feeder makes the journey extremely pleasant. All sights of the city, the port and the lido are within walking distance, several restaurants are nearby. All daily needs can also be found in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot or by bike. Bakeries and shops of all kinds are available on the nearby Frankendamm, around the corner, so to speak, such as: bus stops, doctor's offices, pharmacies.

Die FeWo liegt in einem Altneubaugebiet & war sehr gepflegt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene & fanden den Aufenthaltsbereich etwas eng. Ansonsten kann man von dort sehr schön zur Altstadt & zum Hafen spazieren. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle, obwohl diese angeboten war. Die Waschmaschine ist ausgelaufen. Staubsauger hat nicht gesaugt. Geschirrspüler ist innen komplett verrostet und reinigt nicht. Das Geschirr war leider schmutzig. Auf zwei Kontaktanfragen hat der Vermieter leider nicht reagiert.

Hat Charme

Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral, ist charmant renoviert worden und bis auf kleinere Ecken auch sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr unterschiedlich, die Handtücher super, die Bettwäsche gut, die Matratzen sehr unterschiedlich, die Ausstattung in der Küche sehr einfach. Die in der Ausstattung angegebene Mikrowelle fehlte ganz. Parkplätze sind vor allem abends nur noch mit Glück in der Nähe zu finden. Per Mail war die Kommunikation sehr schwierig, nach einem Telefonat war Herr Harm wiederum sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem empfehlenswert mit einigen Abstrichen.

Prettig verblijf. Keukenkastjes en vaatwerk niet schoon. Pannen oud en aftands. Stonden ook veel oude voedingsmiddelen van voorgangers. Badkamerkastje ook niet schoon. Maar ondanks de minpunten toch een prima verblijf.

Unsere 5 Tage in dieser liebevoll hergerichteten Ferienwohnung waren toll. Die Wohnung in einer alten Schmiede ist mit viel Liebe und Aufwand hergerichtet worden. Das einzige was uns etwas gefehlt hat war eine Mikrowelle und ein paar mehr Töpfe. Die Lage zum Hafen und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist spitzenmäßig und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pfingsten in Stralsund

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 1. Stock in einem historischen Gebäude und liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Ist schön aufgeteilt und hat großzügige Schlafzimmer. Mit 7 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Der Hafen ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar und der nächste Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Stralsund ist eine tolle Stadt und hat viel zu bieten. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Skandi-Charme

Schöne Ferienwohnung, die für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind genau passend ist. Es sind kurze Wege bis zum Hafen und in die Stadt und damit ideal, um Stralsund zu Fuß zu erkunden. Einzig die Parkplatzsuche in der näheren Umgebung ist etwas schwierig. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Er kümmert sich vor Ort sehr schnell um die Anliegen seiner Gäste.

Auszeit in Stralsund

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in Stralsund verbringen. Das Wetter spielte leider nur teilweise mit. Und so war dieser gemütliche Rückzugsort doppelt wichtig. Der bequeme Lesesessel neuer Lieblingsort und die kurzen Wege zum Hafen mit seinen kulinarischen Angeboten optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder....in Hoffnung auf besseres Wetter...:)

Perfekte Wohnung für Stralsund Urlaub

Wir haben vier Tage in Stralsund verbracht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der alten Schmiede sind es etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt und zum Hafen, zudem ist es nicht weit zur Rügenbrücke. Bäcker, Metzger, Rewe und Apotheke in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Innen ist alles tip top renoviert worden und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wohnbereich bietet Platz zum Ausruhen, in der Küche ist alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen wer mag. Ansonsten bieten Hafen und Stadt genügend Auswahl an Restaurants. Perfekt für uns war auch die Möglichkeit, Waschen zu können. Parkplätze gibt es direkt an der Straße oder in einer der Nebenstraßen. Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und unsere Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
