The Hotel was nicely located, near the Strasbourg Island and Petite France. Also it was close to the rail station and several streetcar lines. The staff was helpful. The room was spatious.

Great stay, under external renovation (Fall 2025), but it was otherwise very nice and clean inside. Great location and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Strasbourg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient. It was a chilly day and the heat was automatically turned on. This made the room really hot and a bit uncomfortable. The staff was excellent and apologized.

Overall a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was a great set up with 3 beds sleeping 4 comfortably. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Location is fantastic with just a few minute walk to all of the sights we would definitely recommend this especially for the price!
