We arrived at check -in time only to be met with the property manager to let us know that we could not check in as the apt was not ready. He advised us to come back in an hour and to drop off our bags. We did as advised and came back afterwards to check in with no issues. Because of the inconvenience we were told via WhatsAll message that we would receive a credit back for the cleaning fees.. which we still have not received and tried to communicate with them. Dissappointed ! Hope they make it right and give us a credit as promised.
