Great stay! Actually we had to make last minute arrangements to stay over in Stratford because of closed roads and a snow storm. The Parlour Inn suited our needs quite nicely.

There was an empty water bottle under the night table. It’s probably still there. When we first got into the room it was freezing, you could have at least turned the heat up a bit when you know we were coming, it took a couple of hours to get warm. We had to keep our coats and boots on for a while. Found a hair on a pillow certainly wasn’t mine. I asked the lady at the front desk for some hot water and got it for us right away she was very nice. But I would not stay there again and I would not suggest to anyone to stay there.

Room was 5 star , very delighted to receive complimentary birthday gift in our room up arrival Felt at home at the Inn and proximity to local dining (walkable) and live music is a plus ( across the street ). We chose a room overlooking parking on 2nd floor and pleased by how quiet and spacious room was. Everything we requested from extra towels to extra coffee and bottled water provide helped our stay to be even more comfortable… can’t wait to return again , thank you Parlour Inn for a great experience
