First time in Stratford and first time at a Crown Plaza Hotel, both didn’t disappoint. The hotel was very bright, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Convenient to Stratford town, which we loved. Would certainly return.

Stayed here a few times very clean, the staff are always helpful and have a smile on their faces as they go about their day. The guy who greets you for breakfast is a star Love the bar area and the outside terrace is lovely especially in the evenings for drinks and relaxation.

Slightly disappointed

The hotel is nice, the bar is nice apart from the pricing was very high. The room was nice. The shower over a small bath is not good, possibly one of the worst showers I’ve experienced. No power, dribbles out, too close to the wall so you have to stand against the wall to fit under it. Room service states 24 hour but finished at 9:30. We stayed with our 2 children and let’s just say the walls are very thin as we could hear the couple next door enjoying a romantic night away. Overall I expected better

Position of hotel excellent, staff throughout excellent, rooms we were given poor with doggy smells. Sorted after the third attempt. Spoiled our stay has we had to move rooms 3 times because of the smell. Was told by housekeeper we don’t allow dogs but we saw 3 in the hotel and grounds with clients and spoke with one owner who had their dog in the room. We are in our 80’s and found it upsetting changing rooms.
