It is 10/15 minutes easy walk to the centre of town, the theatre and all the amenities of Stratford upon Avon.
It is in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
A 70 litre fridge, microwave, crockery, milk, coffee, tea and sugar are provided.
No Smoking on the premises or in the garden.
