Always glad to come back here
Always happy to come back here - all the staff are very friendly and helpful - arranged for me to be in a certain room and it was no bother at all. Felt right at home. Large bed (small double?) for a single room and exceptionally clean and modern ensuite. Nice and warm for the time of year too. Fantastic breakfast as always,and for no additional cost. Excellent value for money and hope to be back soon. For anyone who isn't familiar with the property, you should note that it is above a pub, but last orders were called shortly after 10pm when I was staying and that was at the weekend too, so had no issues with noise or anything like that.

This is more a small hotel than a B&B so was perfect for us. Lovely room, followed by a great breakfast. Will stay again.

Initially booked for a 3 night stay but extended for extra night. Staff extremely helpful, building warm and rooms very comfortable. Overall an excellent find and we will definitely return.

All staff very pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent and eat in on our first night. Delicious meal and very reasonably priced. Wanted to eat there on second evening, but they were fully booked. Not surprising for a Friday night just before Christmas. Would definitely stay there again. Such good value.
