It's a large 170 sq/m. duplex apartment , situated on 5th and 6th floor , in a very central location of the capital but perfectly quiet residential estate - - - The property consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a cozy library/desk room (perfect for reading or remote work), 2 bathrooms, 3 separate WCs, and 4 balconies (accessible from the 1st and 2nd bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen) . A private parking space is also available for your convenience - - - It’s an ideal space for university students, families, business travelers or professional sharers who want both comfort and convenience during their stay - - - I personally welcome most of my guests upon arrival so we can meet in person, go through the apartment together, and I can answer any questions you may have. In the rare case that I’m not able to be there, don’t worry , you’ll have easy access to the keys through a secure locker. Either way, everything will be smooth and simple for your check-in - - - Please feel free to let me know if you are looking for recommendations for local activities , i will be happy to help.
