Set in a gorgeous, historic area. Staff in office was very welcoming. We stayed in the motor lodges on the back of the property. The location was great, as we had our small dog with us and we had plenty of room to walk her. But, the rooms were very old. The carpet was nasty, we had to pay for using a tiny fridge, no microwave, and the front door step was rotted and you could see out with the door closed. We had black ants getting in and climbing around on the walls. The 1st fridge they rented to us smelled like a dead animal. We had them deliver one which was better. I recommend for location, but would not recommend the cheaper rooms in the lodge. Your $ could be better served at a discount hotel/motel.
