Staff was okay, but not welcoming. We checked in and then went to an event. When we returned we came out of the below zero weather to find that our room heat had not been turned on and the temperature in the room was below 50 degrees. We had to lay down with our winter parkas on until the heater was on for quite some time

No problem with the staff. We had an issue with the door to our room. When the door was closed there was a crack big enough to see out into the hall meaning someone in the hall could have seen into our room. We also were locked into our room for about 10 minutes as the chain lock was kinked in a way that would not allow us to pull it far enough to unlock it.

This hotel was nothing impressive; I feel like the rate didn't match the room & amenities. Room was okay, we would have appreciated it if staff would have turned on the heat. Front desk person that checked us in didn't explain how to get on wifi or where breakfast would be the next morning.
