I liked the fact that it lies directly at the U-Bahn Nr.6 Station Maybachstr. So there is no long walk , especially at nighttime. And IT was really quiet.

The staff was friendly and it was a great location to the Colours Festival. The room was fine enough but very warm as the cooling unit was very weak. I also wish the breakfast, although hearty, had some more choices for fruit. Also, yikes, one morning a cockroach literally fell from the ceiling onto my table. I was sitting by the wall near the entrance. I moves immediately! 😩😩😩 But if you’re looking for a gym to do a daily pass, McFit is a great choice, and a 20 minute walk away. There is also a dance studio there where I took a really fun LatinJazz class: the New York City Dance Studio!! Also, the Ubahn is right on the corner and easy to get around.

Die U-Bahnstation Maybachstrasse ist gleich vor dem Haus, zum Hauptbahnhof, Wasen, Flughafen/Messe. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig, Es hat einen kleinen Fernseher. Dusche und WC sind auch sehr klein so dass sich das Lavabo im Wohnraum befindet. Es gibt keine Minibar oder Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Das dritte Bett ist ein Hochbett und nur für kleinere Menschen gedacht. Vom Verkehr der vielbefahrenen Strasse hört man nichts. Die Hotelparkplätze sind Kostenpflichtig. Das Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Getränke sind 24h in der Lobby verfügbar, für den Rest gibt es neben dem Hotel eine Tankstelle mit Shop. Wir durften unsere Freunde aus Stuttgart zu einem geringfügig höheren Preis auch zum Frühstück einladen, obwohl sie kein Zimmer hatten. Leider gibt es ausser hartgekochten Eiern nichts warmes zum Frühstück. Es gibt einen Raucherberich im Hinterhof mit Tischen und Stühlen. Wir durften wählen zwischen einem Getränk oder der täglichen Zimmerreinigung, wir waren nur 2 Nächte da. Die nahe Umgebung ist nicht sehr speziell schön aber sicher. CheckIn geht zügig voran, für den Check Out befindet sich der Schlüsselkasten im Aufzug. Wir haben dieses Hotel für den Besuch zum Wasen gebucht da der Wasen und der Hauptbahnhof bequem unter 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind und man ausser zum schlafen und Frühstück selten im Hotel ist und man so im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels ziemlich viel Geld sparen kann. Wir werden es wohl bei einem weiteren Besuch wieder berücksichtigen..
