Used to stay in this hotel at least twice per year, but was disappointed this time having noticed that the bed was perfectly made but the bed sheet was not changed (and had a huge wet spot on it!) and so I reported it and the receptionist made sure it was changed while I went for dinner. Yet it left a bad aftertaste as I didn't trust anymore that everything is really changed after previous guests in this hotel. It's a pity because except of that point (cleansiness and hygiene) anything else was quite fine.

Serviceable stay, great location.

Conveniently located less than 5 mins from the Stuttgart Hbf. Looks like a new purpose built facility so the communal areas are nice and well decorated. Check in and out was smooth. But the room is very small. Wasn’t expecting such a cramped experience in Europe (we felt like we were in a Japanese chain hotel). No kettle in room and nothing much extra in terms of amenities.

Disappointed!

I am surprised by the number of positive reviews here and a bit disappointed with this Motel one, it lacks even some basic amenities and offers a very minimalistic service at best . While the motel one has great ambience with the turquoise color and modern furnitures, it certainly doesn’t make up for something what a hotel/motel should provide atleast not for the price you pay . To name a few , no microwave( not even in the pantry), no phone, no trash can in the room, no fridge, no laundry etc etc Breakfast was ok, nothing great about it. On the pros , the folks at front desk were nice , helped with early baggage storage and wa receptive to my feedback, bed was comfortable and the turquoise ambience! If lack of amenities is ok for you then may be this is a choice but once again there is poor value for money here, only advantage is the proximity to hbf train station. I would not be booking this motel one.
