Chanterelle Tiny House

This tiny house is 1 of 3 that sit alongside of a creek that runs through the property. Remotely located you'll enjoy hearing the sounds of the water and birds chirping. This new tiny house features two smart TVs, air conditioniong/heat and and a fully equipped kitchen. If you are traveling with others you can rent Creekside Tiny Homes 1 and 2 and for very large groups at the main cabin, Suches Creekside, which sleeps 6. Located within a 10 min drive of Winifield Scott Park.

Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin:

Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink)
Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen
Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom
Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen)

Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town.

Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them.

An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided.


No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

Please be aware that you will be recieving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents.


Suches Vacation Rentals is available by text or phone 24/7. The number to reach us will be provided in check in information. You will hear a menu listing who is reachable at the time of your call. Our reservations person is available 9-5 for general assistance, guest services, for requests that require in person attention, from 5-10 pm, and from 10pm to 9am someone will be available for rental emergencies. We offer a reservation change fee which varies from $150 - $300 depending on the cabin, how close to check in your reservation is and availability.
Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. Pets shall always be secured within the property boundaries. Pets must be leashed and accompanied by the
pet owner while outside the property. We will charge you $250 to deodorize and clean the property if smoking takes place on the property.
